Anglia Baby Centre reserve the right to alter any specifications of any product featured on this website without prior notice. All sizes, weights and colours shown on the site are intended as a guide only and are approximate representations of colours of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. If you are unsure please contact us. Shipping and Handling Please email info@angliababycentre.co.uk for more details. For delivery of items outside of the UK please email us for shipping costs, which very and are weight and size dependant. Should our couriers attempt to make a delivery when you are not at home, they will leave a calling card with a consignment details along with a telephone number of their local depot so that you may arrange re-delivery on a sutible day for you. This card MUST be responded to. If you require our couriers to leave your order with a neibour or another address you must let us know at time of payment by email or fax so it can be recorded. We cannot accept liability for goods left unattended upon your request. If your goods are required by a specific date or urgently we recommend that you check stock availability by calling and also let us know when you need them by at time of payment and we will do our best for you. This will avoid any unnecessary dissappointment. Please bear in mind that stock levels can change from day to day. Delivery Schedule You MUST sign all goods as ''UNCHECKED'' failure to do this may result in prolongued delays in processing your claim for any damaged or faulty goods, once that courier has left the premises. Should an order be cancelled after dispatch or you refuse delivery of an item, then we reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from any monies due to you (this will be equivalent to your return courier fee, and is weight and size dependant.) Your order will be processed the next woring day from point of ordering. Anglia Baby Centre will normally deliver the goods within 7 - 10 working days of ordering with exception to out of stock goods. THIS DELIVERY SCHEDULE IS PROVIDED AS A GUIDELINE ONLY!! We always aim to provide you with a comprehensive response to your correspondence within 3 working days, therefore giving you the peace of mind that is so important, in one efficient step. Please do not call reguarding aftersales enqiurys or you will automatically redirected to use our email address. This is the procedure set in place so that not only your correspondence is documented, but also this enables us to concentrate our time and efforts into working with you to respond to your email and written communications immediately. By contacting us by telephone with aftersales enquirys, this can delay our reply service and cause undue stress to all parties concerned. Your right to cancel. Your may cencel your order at any time, we would urge you to advise us of this at your earlist convenience, If your cancelation is recieved after dispatch, you will incur courier charges for its return. Please note that charges for collection is £20.00 up to 20kgs and £25.00 for all weights over 20kgs. The charges will be deducted from the refund. Privacy Policy Anglia Baby Centre does not disclose any information on its customers to any third party on any occasion. The only exception to this rule is for the couriers delivery requirements. The information which we retain is as follows: Your name, address, telephone number and credit / debit card details. Returns Policy From time to time, a select few products may develop minor faults, should this happen during your warranty period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired. Initally we ask you to report your fault in an email to us info@angliababycentre.co.uk. You may be prompted to send digital images of any faults, where possible. This is to assist us and can help you by keeping all of your correspondence documented. You can send your goods back to us yourself or we can arrange for the latter, we would charge a collection fee of £35.00. This charge will cover collection of the goods, all administration and return of the goods back to you. If your repair is deemed chargeable by the manufacturer, then this charge will be passed onto you in addition to any collection charges already applied. Please note, any goods being collected by our couriers MUST be boxed securely, thus preventing further damage during transit. Goods which are not boxed adequatelky will not be accepted, under any circumstances. When goods are returned, you must place an envelope on the outside of the box, enclosing full details of any fults, your current contact details and proof of purchase. Once your goods are inspected with the relevant manufacturer, they will make a decision on wether applying charges to your repair is applicable. We will always abide with the decision of the manufacturer, without question. Being a retailer, and not responsible for the design, production or engineering of these products, we believe that this decision lies solely with the manufacturer.
